Discovery Parties must make initial disclosures within twenty-one (21) days of this order in accordance with 29 C.F.R. § 18.50(c)(1). Parties shall commence formal discovery pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 18.50. Unless otherwise directed by a presiding ALJ, parties shall not file copies of any exchanged discovery with OALJ. Parties requesting subpoenas must do so in accordance with the provisions of 5 U.S.C. § 555(d) and 29 C.F.R. § 18.56. Requests for more than ten (10) subpoenas must be accompanied by a list of the names of persons or entities being subpoenaed. Subpoenas shall be used only in the case for which they were issued.
